The entry price for BMW’s electric SUV range has been drastically reduced following significant price cuts for the BMW iX1AndiX2.
Prices for the 2026 BMW iX1 xDrive30 AWD was reduced by $8900 to $77,900 before on-road costswhile the pricing for the 2026 iX2 xDrive30 AWD was reduced by $7,700 $79,900 before travel.
In addition, a new one iX1 xDrive30 Sport Collection Variant complements the lineup National Drive-Away Price of $79,900.

The standard equipment of the new BMW iX1 xDrive30 Sport Collection includes:

- 19 inch M light alloy wheels double spoke 871 M Bicolor

- Heated front seats
- Head-up display
- Surround view camera
- Professional driving assistant
All BMW iX1 and iX2 cars sold in Australia are available here in a single specification and feature twin-motor all-wheel drive (xDrive) with an output of 230kW and 494Nm of torque. They have a 64.8 kWh lithium-ion battery.
For MY26, all iX1 and iX2 vehicles get silicon carbide (SiC) inverters, which BMW says improve performance, power density and battery range, although local power and range figures have not yet been revealed.
The iX1 and iX2 were launched in Australia in 2023 and 2024 respectively, with the former becoming BMW’s best-selling electric vehicle (EV) over the past three years, while the iX2 was BMW’s second best-selling electric vehicle in 2025.
