MSI’s new Prestige series with Intel Panther Lake chips is now available in the US. The company first introduced these laptops at the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show. The range consists of premium business and productivity laptops for professionals.
On the display front, MSI’s latest laptops feature OLED screens with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz (with VRR support) and DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification. Both the 14-inch and 16-inch variants have flip-touch touchscreens and support the MSI Precision Pen stylus.
Intel Panther Lake chips offer AI capabilities and powerful multitasking
Select MSI Prestige models are equipped with one of the latest Intel Panther Lake chips: the Core Ultra 9 388H. Otherwise, Core Ultra Series 3 chips are installed in the range, which enable several Copilot+ functions, enable efficient multitasking and improve graphics performance.
To keep the processor’s temperature under control, MSI Prestige laptops are equipped with vapor chamber cooling, dual-fan architecture (quiet operation below 30 dBA) and MSI’s intra-flow design. All of these features work together to ensure sustainable performance.
Due to the efficient Panther Lake processors and high capacity batteries, the Prestige range offers over 30 hours of 1080p video playback, which could also translate into several days of battery life for some users. Apart from these specifications, the Prestige range is designed with premium design in mind.
Lightweight construction and high-quality materials complete the whole thing
Additionally, the laptops provide you with multiple connectivity options including USB-C, USB-A and HDMI 2.1 ports. Wireless connectivity options go up to Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth v6.0.
All models feature an aluminum body and a slimmer profile (0.47 inches at its thinnest point). The 14-inch Prestige Flip AI+, for example, weighs only 1.39 kg and is therefore easy to transport.
The base variant of the range, the Prestige 14 Flip AI+, with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 32GB RAM, 1TB storage and Windows 11 Home out of the box, is available from B&H for $1,299.99. The Prestige laptops are also available in MSI’s online store and Micro Center.
