Two men appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court today after allegedly leaving a trail of destruction across the north of the Queensland capital in less than an hour.
In the early hours of Sunday, March 1, two men are alleged to have committed a series of crimes in a silver Holden Rodeo.
At 4.42am police received a report that a vehicle had stopped at the junction of Gympie Road and Hamilton Road in Chermside and a man was attempting to stop vehicles.

At 4:53 a.m., police received a report just south of Lutwyche Road in Windsor that a truck had struck two vehicles. A few minutes later they received another report that a truck had hit a vehicle on the same road in Lutwyche.
A truck traveling north to Kedron is reported to have struck a vehicle on Gympie Road at 5:03 a.m.
Police also claim to have received reports of stolen items from pedestrians at 5:10am in Brisbane City and at 5:15am in Chermside West.
It was subsequently reported that the alleged perpetrators had parked the rodeo on the Gateway Motorway near the Wyampa Road overpass at around 5:35am.
It is unclear what the alleged perpetrators were doing between Brisbane’s CBD and the car’s dump site, but police have confirmed the men – a 30-year-old and a 38-year-old from Mooloolaba – have been charged with multiple offences.
Each man was charged with five counts of grievous bodily harm and failure to perform the duties of a driver involved in an accident, as well as one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle and impairment by an intoxicating substance.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have been affected by this series of incidents to come forward with any relevant information or footage by contacting either Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
