A weekend full of supercars and style

At Alys Beach, Cars of 30A brought cars, culture and lifestyle together for a weekend full of unforgettable experiences.

Alys Beach has the ability to slow down time and transport you to a state of relaxation and privacy. The white sand streets, clean architecture and calm Gulf breezes make it feel like a place away from everyday life. As you stroll the cobblestone streets, it’s easy to see why the city has captured the attention and imagination of so many people in search of the ultimate getaway. This past weekend, Alys Beach became the stage for something extraordinary in the automotive industry: Cars of 30A. Diana Lane, Director of Public Relations, gave a tour that revealed the city’s history, its thoughtful design inspirations and exciting plans for the future. But while the architecture and planning are truly breathtaking, the feeling of being carefully curated yet full of energy sets the tone – a perfect backdrop for a weekend dedicated to the love of cars, community and experience.

The weekend itself reminds car enthusiasts what their love for all things automotive brought them. Davis Brackett, whose passion for car culture is as infectious as it is precise, has helped make Cars of 30A a gathering that feels personal, even alongside world-class cars and brands. Ferrari of Atlanta, Flatrock Motorclub and LOKI Coach were everywhere, not limited to a single event but woven through the weekend like threads in a rich tapestry. Passing the gleaming curves of a Ferrari 12Cilindri one moment and the understated, track-ready Porsche 718 Clubsport the next, there was a sense of discovery at every turn. And yet it wasn’t just about the cars – it was about the people, the conversations sparked by shared interests, the smiles when someone got behind the wheel for a test drive, or the quiet awe of the interior of LOKI Coach’s Prevost RV.

Thursday’s hanger party had the intimacy of a well-kept secret, a chance to meet familiar faces and get to know new ones, while the cars, such as a one-off Gunther factory Porsche, a V12 Lamborghini Murcielago, a Ford GT and stunning private jets quietly stole the show in the background. On Friday, South Charles Street was completely transformed into a luxury VIP block party as the cobblestones echoed with laughter and the clink of glasses and small bites from local restaurants fueled the crowd and the celebrations. Even luxury watches were displayed and sold on the side of the road to collectors who wanted to commemorate the evening. The Gulf shimmered in the distance, a constant reminder of peace and privacy. Cars and sponsors were there all weekend, but the shared experiences, the stories shared, and the way guests lingered over the details made the weekend truly memorable.

Saturday’s Cars of 30A main event stretched across the streets, but it didn’t feel chaotic – it felt alive. The heart of Alys Beach pulsed with the energy of car collectors and enthusiasts while the courtyard filled with the smell of fresh food, the sound of live music and an array of cars that touched every type of automotive passion, from the spirited presence of Myers Manx to the striking lineup of Ferrari of Atlanta to Flatrock’s classic Porsche. LOKI Coach presented its five-star motorhome that felt less like transportation and more like a dream home on wheels. At every turn, guests found something to engage with: test drives, simulators, curated lifestyle showcases, and moments that reminded them why gatherings like this matter. Whether it was a shared laugh, a handshake, or a quiet moment admiring the cars and scenery, Alys Beach seemed to invite everyone to slow down and just take it all in.

What made the weekend linger, however, was the human thread that ran through it all. Chefs and mixologists, brand ambassadors and collectors, friends and strangers: everyone was part of the story. At the end, as the sun set over the Gulf, there was a feeling of gratitude in the air. Gratitude for the people who made it possible, for the cars that came, and for the place that made it possible. Plans are already underway for 2026, but this weekend will forever be established as the first Cars of 30A at Alys Beach.
