The Porsche Macan 4S goes sightseeing in Cappadocia.
Cappadocia is a stunning region of Türkiye and is home to fascinating rock formations, caves with incredible history and unique culinary and cultural offerings such as famous hot air balloons and traditional cuisine. For Porsche, the beautiful region was the perfect place where the new Porsche Macan Electric 4S could demonstrate its off-road capabilities.
When you arrive, the volcanic landscape of Cappadocia is covered with a layer of snow. In 1985, the rock formations of Cappadocia were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Since each axle of the Porsche Macan Electric 4S is driven by an electric motor, over 500 hp is available. Because it is electrical energy, the vehicle’s traction management system can distribute this energy in just tens of milliseconds, effortlessly helping the vehicle tackle demanding terrain at much higher speeds than traditional four-wheel drive systems.
Atıl Ulaş Cüce, an expert in the Cappadocia region, helped the Macan 4S navigate the terrain with his decades of experience in exploring the terrain. However, the luxury electric SUV’s off-road driving mode and features make it easy to drive, such as a virtual locking differential, ride height adjustment for off-road driving and more. In a breathtakingly unique landscape with the unique sight of over a hundred hot hair balloons overhead, the Porsche Macan Electric 4S’ journey through Cappadocia was an incredible example of the vehicle’s futuristic approach to off-road capability.
