More SF90 XX land in the USA
Born on the racetrack and intended for use around the world, Ferrari has and will continue to incorporate this racing connection into each of its hand-built cars. And while some models hide performance with sleek lines and modern comfort, others let their racing roots shine as part of the exclusive Ferrari range. The all-new Ferrari SF90 XX meets these requirements in both Stradale and Spider versions and is the brand’s first road-legal supercar to emerge from the brand’s ultra-exclusive XX customer racing program. The Ferrari Lake Forest team recently presented one of the most impressive specifications from Maranello and celebrated the delivery of this unique Ferrari SF90 XX Spider.
With only 599 examples planned for production, the owner of this SF90 XX Spider made the most of the Ferrari Atelier configuration’s capabilities with a stunning Violetto Dino finish that departs from the brand’s traditional color palette. The metallic purple shine is accentuated by numerous exposed glossy carbon trims that highlight the aerodynamic areas of the vehicle and channel air directly for cooling and downforce. Additional motorsport features such as the massive, fixed rear wing, carbon fiber wheels and carbon ceramic brakes make the Ferrari SF90 XX Spider the perfect road-going super sports car with racing DNA.
The interior proudly showcases its open design and features a set of carbon bucket seats covered in immaculate Pelle Bianca leather and matching Viola stitching. Black Alcantara and matte carbon fiber complete the SF90 XX Spider’s lightweight appearance, while modern media and amenities bridge the gap between a purpose-built race car and a weekend street fighter.
The Ferrari SF90 XX Spider is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with three electric motors that produce a combined 1,016 horsepower. It is the most powerful road-going Ferrari ever built. Its hybrid system is controlled via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that delivers instant torque and brutal acceleration. The result is acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.3 seconds and a top speed of around 320 km/h. As Ferrari continues to ramp up production and new models are already being added, we can’t wait to see more stunning SF90 XX specifications roll off the production line.
