Hermès is taking its long-standing partnership with Apple to the next level, and it’s just as extravagant as you’d expect. The luxury brand has introduced a new range of leather-covered wireless chargers for Apple devices, including compatible models for the Apple Watch.
While the premium design is the highlight here, it’s the eye-popping prices that really turn heads.
How much do they cost?
Hermès’ new collection costs up to $5,150, making it even more expensive than the top configuration of Apple’s latest MacBook Pro. There are several products offered under the “Paddock” charger range, all wrapped in the signature calf leather.

The more expensive options in the collection aren’t just for charging devices; They double as leather storage cases and are used to store your cables and accessories in typical Hermès style.
What do you actually get?
Aside from the eye-watering prices, these are basically just wireless charging accessories. Because they charge Apple products like iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch, the peripherals support the MagSafe standard. Some models also support two charging zones.
Although the Hermès collection looks great and costs even more, there is a big catch. Despite buyers dropping thousands of dollars, the Paddock line doesn’t come with a power adapter included. So you’ll need to bring your own, ideally a 20W adapter or higher.
More style than practicality
Hermès is not known for making technical peripherals. It is a luxury brand that sells high quality handcrafted fashion accessories. So the Paddock collection is not intended to be practical. You only purchase the associated logo.
