The Geely EX5 The mid-sized electric SUV has seen an increase in range – and price – for 2026.

There’s a new, larger 68.39kWh battery that increases the claimed WLTP electric range by up to 45km.

The extra range comes at a price: the EX5 now costs $41,990 (excluding on-road costs) – an increase of $1,000.

The top model Inspire is also $1,000 more expensive than before.

The EX5 was the debut model for Geely Auto Australia, with customer deliveries beginning in March 2025.

The model got off to a good start here because despite not being on sale throughout the year, it recorded 3944 deliveries in 2025.

The EX5 was joined by another mid-size SUV, the Starray PHEV, in local Geely showrooms later in 2025.
