Jacob & Co unveils its $150 million Aureum estate in Dubai Hills

Jacob & Co. expands its diverse portfolio with an architectural masterpiece.

Jacob Arabo has always pushed the boundaries of design, be it a Bugatti-inspired watch or an exclusive 1-of-1 piece of jewelry. As the founder of Jacob & Co. and an influential figure in the luxury world, his legacy is marked by complex movements and gemstones. Jacob has now turned his attention to architecture with Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co, a $150 million private home in Dubai Hills that transforms his design philosophy into a livable form.

For Arabo, Aureum Estate represents the realization of a personal vision. “With Aureum Estate from Jacob & Co, I have set myself the goal of redefining the concept of a private residence.” “Every material, every line and every space reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and visionary design.” The property spans nearly 42,000 square feet over three levels and combines architectural innovation with the intricacy of a Jacob & Co. Astronomia clock. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa is equipped with a private spa with hammam, sauna and ice room.

Located just 15 minutes from Dubai’s most famous landmarks, Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co. is in a rare location in the Dubai Hills, private yet closely connected to the city. The house with a view of the golf course and the skyline as a backdrop combines tranquility with extravagance. Outside, the large pool doubles as a meeting point with a built-in DJ booth and catering access. Inside, the kitchen and service areas have been designed with the same precision as the entertainment suites, balancing modern design with livable practicality. The villa features regional firsts such as an outdoor cooling system, hospital-grade air filtration and smart water recycling.

But what really sets Aureum Estate apart is the history embedded in its structure. Every stone, metal and surface was curated by a team of 14 designers and eight architects under the direct supervision of Arabo. The Triple A grade marble, sourced from a single Italian quarry, required a year-long waiting list to ensure pattern consistency. The onyx ingot, once reserved for auction at Sotheby’s, is now in the Great Room. Custom-made chandeliers from Italy and the Czech Republic make natural stones shine. Sculptural bonsai displays and unique furniture pieces complete the ultra-luxurious vision. Like its most complex movements, every detail of Jacob & Co’s Aureum Estate feels like an architectural symphony, where artistry and watchmaking come together under one roof.
