I had the pleasure of sitting in on my latest podcast Rohit Ajmani, the co-founder of Idea Clan and a true giant in the affiliate marketing industry. We examined how he is currently scaling Meta and Google ads to huge monthly profits by integrating advanced AI workflows.
Rohit shares that the “hype” around standard custom GPTs is already part of “last year’s” news. His team has evolved to leverage APIs and AI agents to produce thousands of creatives in minutes, dramatically increasing productivity. They’ve even automated internal HR and legal processes and trained AI on 70-page manuals and complex contracts to instantly identify “red lines.”
A key takeaway for 2026 is the shift towards mass ad adoption. Rohit explains that platforms are now prioritizing quantity to better target ads to specific demographics. By using AI avatars, they were able to reduce their spend on UGC actors by almost 80%, allowing them to test hundreds of variations every day.
To handle this scale, Rohit created Fab Funnels, a SaaS tool that provides a centralized dashboard for thousands of advertising accounts. This “operating system for marketers” uses AI-based recommendations to examine the patterns of top media buyers and suggest real-time optimizations.
Despite the strong focus on technology, Rohit remains committed to leadership development for his 250+ employees. By focusing on risk reduction and building stable assets, he has set a “unicorn” goal of achieving a billion-dollar valuation.
