The bright yellow special edition of the Subaru BRZ will be limited

Subaru Australia has released a new special edition BRZ Coupe with a striking yellow exterior color and a number of minor improvements – but you have to be quick if you want one.

Based on the top model BRZ tS, only 95 examples of the new model Subaru BRZ tS Kiiro will be available in Australia as part of an extremely limited run of just 350 units.

The BRZ tS Kiiro can now be ordered at this price $53,590 before on-road costs$800 more than the standard TS, which costs $52,790 before on-roads.

One of the most notable innovations on the flagship tS – a variant lightly tuned as standard by the Japanese brand’s in-house STI performance department – is the headline “Sunrise Yellow” after which the model is named.

Other improvements include 18-inch matte black alloy wheels, Ultrasuede seat upholstery with yellow perforations, yellow interior stitching and a matte black “Kiiro” badge inside and out. Of course, there is also a plaque inside with the build number of each model.

Like the broader BRZ range, the tS Kiiro is powered by a naturally aspirated 2.4-litre four-cylinder boxer engine with unchanged power and torque.

The same 174kW of power and 250Nm of torque are sent exclusively to the rear wheels, while the Kiiro is available with both a six-speed manual and automatic gearbox.

It retains the STI-tuned suspension and Brembo brakes of the standard tS, as well as the special “Sport” driving mode that was added in 2025.
