The price of the LDV Terron 9 Double Cab has been reduced by $3,000 to $47,990 for Australian Business Number (ABN) holders until March 2026 or the end of current stocks for 2025.
LDV said the offer replaces a previous promotion available when the Terron 9 launched in Australia in July 2025, which saw the standard $50,990 drive-away price cut by $1,000 for ABN holders.
The new $3,000 discount for ABN holders applies to both model grades, with the standard Terron 9 Origin costing $47,990 drive-away, including a 3,500kg braked towing capacity, dual 12.3-inch widescreen digital displays and a five-star ANCAP safety rating.
The Terron 9 Evolve – which adds 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, a locking front differential and an eight-speaker JBL audio system – is reduced to $52,990 for ABN holders.

Non-ABN holders and private buyers also get the same discount, bringing the price for the Origin to $50,674 drive and the Evolve to $55,937 drive.
Metallic paint – any color other than white – costs an additional $500.
The 5.5 meter long Terron 9 was launched to complement LDV’s commercially focused local offering and sits above the T60 ute, which at around 5.3 meters long is slightly closer to the class-leading Ford Ranger and Toyota HiLux.
The Terron 9 is also a partner to the MG U9, which launched in Australia in 2025 after the LDV and brings cosmetic improvements to the same one-piece ladder chassis body.
Both U models feature a 2.5-litre turbodiesel four-cylinder engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, with the LDV’s official 163kW dwarfing the U9’s 160kW output, although both have the same 520Nm of torque.
The key mechanical difference between the two is the LDV’s leaf-sprung rear – like the Ranger and HiLux – compared to the MG’s independent multi-link coil spring rear suspension.
The warranty is also different: the Terron 9’s seven-year/200,000km warranty applies to all customers, while MG says the U9’s warranty drops to five years/160,000km if the vehicle is purchased for “commercial use.”
The MG U9 starts at $52,990 drive-away for the first of three model levels for private buyers, based on a Sydney postcode (2000), and is topped by the $60,990 drive-away U9 Explore Pro.
Metallic paint – again, any color other than white – costs an additional $800 for all U9 variants.
Through January 15, 2026, U9 buyers can benefit from $1,000 worth of accessories at the time of order at no additional charge.
