The Renault Megane E-Tech has received another drive-away offer that brings big savings to the small electric hatch/SUV.
It is offered for this $49,990 drive awaya $5,000 discount from the existing drive-away offer that ended March 31.
The new offer applies to vehicles sold and delivered between April 1 and June 30, 2026, or while stocks last.

“We are doing our part to help motorists switch to electric cars during the current fuel crisis,” said Glen Sealey, general manager of Renault Australia.
“This time-limited right-of-way offer ahead of tax time – equivalent to a saving of GST plus free on-road costs – will help people get into a European electric car at an affordable price.”
The Megane E-Tech is offered here in a single Techno trim, featuring a 60kWh battery with 454km of range on the WLTP cycle and a single front-mounted 160kW/300Nm electric motor.

Metallic paint is a $400 option, with most two-tone exterior paint combinations costing $800.
The Megane E-Tech comes with a five-year, 100,000 km vehicle warranty and an eight-year, 160,000 km battery warranty, with 70 percent capacity guaranteed until the end of the warranty period.
It was launched here in early 2024 with a price of $64,990 before on-road costs, although Renault cut the price by $10,000 within weeks.
Renault Australia delivered 266 Megane E-Techs in 2024, down 22.2 percent to 207 examples in 2025.
It has been outperformed by conceptually similar vehicles such as the Kia EV3 (2597), Volvo EX30 (1281) and Zeekr X (665), as well as the Cupra Born (315), which is currently unavailable in Australia.
