The little one World Atto 3 will soon receive a visual makeover as well as a pair of new, more powerful powertrains.
According to Australian government approval documents, the revised Atto 3 will be available with two new powertrain options: single-motor 230kW rear-wheel drive and dual-motor 330kW all-wheel drive.
No further details about the facelifted Atto 3 are published on the government website, but the facelifted model has just been launched in the UK and Europe, where it will be sold as the Atto 3 Evo.

In the UK, all Atto 3 Evo variants are based on the E-Platform 3.0, which features an 800V electric architecture and supports DC fast charging of up to 220kW, a huge improvement over today’s cars with a maximum output of 80kW. AC charging reaches a maximum of 11 kW.
Over there, the base Rear wheel drive The Atto 3 Evo variant has a 230 kW/380 Nm engine that can accelerate the SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds
First class Four-wheel drive The versions get a motor up front that increases total output to 330kW and 560Nm, helping the improved model crack the century in just 3.9 seconds.
For reference, the Atto 3 models currently in Australian showrooms are only available with a 150kW/310Nm motor driving the front wheels. This can be paired with either a 49.9 kWh or a 60.5 kWh battery pack.
All models available in the UK come with a much larger 74.8kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) blade battery. According to the WLTP standard, the rear-wheel drive model has a range of 510 km, while the four-wheel drive version can travel up to 470 km on a full charge.
The battery is integrated directly into the chassis, improving torsional rigidity and creating an additional 50 liters of space in the boot, which is now 490 liters with the rear seats up and 1,360 liters with the rear seats folded down.
Thanks to the new electrical architecture, the Atto 3 Evo has 110 liters of storage space under the bonnet – a “Frunk” or “Froot” if you will. Also included is vehicle-to-load capability, allowing the car to power external devices with up to 3.3 kW.
Despite the fundamentally revised fundamentals, the optical revision of the Atto 3 Evo is minor. Externally, it features slightly revised front and rear bumpers, slimmer side skirts, a redesigned spoiler at the top of the tailgate, new taillight graphics and a fresh design of the 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the diameter of the instrument screen has grown from 5.0 to 8.8 inches, and the transmission controls have been moved from the center console to a bar behind the steering wheel.
The larger 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen no longer swivels, but has pre-installed Google apps, including Maps, Assistant and the Play Store.
Available features include a wireless smartphone charging pad with cooling, a 360-degree camera system, front and rear parking sensors, heated front and rear seats, and a head-up display.
The safety spec sheet includes adaptive cruise control, front and rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, front and rear collision warning, traffic sign recognition and automatic speed limit control.
