Alireza Mirzaian scored another Super 10 while Deepak Sankar scored a high five, rounding off an absolutely dominant performance from the Bulls. For the Warriorz, Himanshu Narwal was the only bright spot with his Super 10.
The Bulls hit the ground running, with Alireza Mirzaian setting the tone for them from the start. Vishwas scored the first goal for the Warriorz but his team quickly ran into trouble. Aashish Malik got on the board and Sanjay followed suit by attacking the defense to give the team a chance.
Alireza’s two-point do-or-die raid, followed by a tackle from Satyappa Matti, helped the Bulls get their first ALL OUT and build a seven-point lead. Deepak Sankar also registered his first tackle – scoring 50 tackle points in the PKL – keeping his team in the driver’s seat even as Himanshu Narwal and Phool Chandra kept the scoreboard ticking for the Warriorz.
Vishwas S also took part in the Season 7 Champions but they had no answer for Alireza Mirzaian as he finished his Super 10. The Bulls’ ten point lead was soon extended to a massive 16 point lead as Alireza delivered another ALL OUT against the Bengal Warriorz. Yogesh Dahiya also finally made a name for himself and showed a dominant performance for his team in the first half with a score of 29:12.
The one-way traffic continued in the second half with Bengaluru Bulls comfortably leading the contest. Sanjay and Aashish Malik registered tackles before Phool Chandra did the same for Bengal Warriorz. Himanshu Narwal also did his best to close the gap but the Bulls gave no chance.
Aashish Malik contributed at both ends of the mat while Alireza continued his good form on the attacking side. Deepak Sankar also made a few tackles and gave the Bulls a commanding lead of twenty points with ten minutes left.
For the Warriorz, Sandeep Saini made a few tackles, including a super tackle, and Himanshu Narwal also did his best to find some momentum. However, their team was well behind by eight balls when the Bulls went ALL OUT again and extended their lead to 23 points.
The Bulls defense was relentless and Deepak Sankar completed his high five. Ahmad Reza Asgari also scored his first points with a two-point advance, enabling his team to reach their fourth ALL OUT. He also made his mark with a tackle as the Bulls racked up fifty points and recorded a massive 54-24 win to eliminate Bengal Warriorz from playoff contention.
