Apple TV has a whole host of new TV shows and movies to offer in 2026. Here’s what to expect

Apple TV has unveiled an extensive lineup of original series and films for 2026, packed with star talent, hot new titles and returning favorites, spanning genres from comedy to science fiction to thriller.

The lineup unveiled at Apple TV Press Day promises weekly premieres throughout the year, and this year clearly looks to be one of the biggest the streamer has seen yet. Here’s everything Apple just announced for your watchlist.

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (Season 2)

Release date: February 27, 2026

The Monsterverse returns with Season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, continuing the saga of the secret organization tracking colossal titans like Kong and Godzilla. In this chapter, buried secrets resurface to lure allies and rivals alike back to the mysterious Skull Island, where a mythical new force called Titan X rises from the depths and threatens the balance of the world.

Imperfect women

Release date: March 18, 2026

Based on the novel by Araminta Hall, Imperfect Women is a suspenseful psychological thriller that deals with the aftermath of a devastating crime that destroys a decades-long friendship between three women. Way of the warrior child

One more thing before the credits begin

The fourth season of Ted Lasso is scheduled to debut in the summer of 2026, when Ted returns to Richmond to coach the women’s soccer team and guide them through new trials on and off the field. Filming for the third season of Severance will reportedly last from April to December this year, so we won’t see it until 2027.
