Aston Martin’s design language has long shaped some of the world’s most desirable grand tourers. Now the British brand is applying the same sense of performance and proportion to real estate. In collaboration with Valor Real Estate Development, Aston Martin has announced its newest residential project: Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores – an 18-story oceanfront retreat just minutes from the legendary Daytona International Speedway.
This new development marks the next evolution in Aston Martin’s journey beyond the street, joining an established portfolio of world-class properties that began with the record-breaking Aston Martin Residences Miami and now extends around the globe to Tokyo, where the brand recently launched a bespoke four-bedroom townhouse in the prestigious Omotesandō district has completed.
Craftsmanship beyond the automobile
The Daytona Beach Shores property spans approximately 215,000 square feet and will include 86 residences on 18 floors, including two parking levels and two double-height penthouse levels and eight luxury homes. Each residence is designed to offer the same meticulous craftsmanship as Aston Martin’s finest cars – defined by flowing lines, sculpted materials and the pursuit of elegance in motion.
Each unit offers panoramic ocean views and direct beach access, complemented by upscale amenities such as fine dining, a bakery, and curated common spaces inspired by the brand’s design philosophy.
“Our world-class experience with handcrafted materials, high-quality detailed design and dynamic, expressive forms finds a natural expression in architecture,” said Marek Reichman, Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin. “Daytona Beach Shores will allow us to take our holistic design approach to another level – fusing bespoke interior elements with the rhythm and emotion of the ocean setting.”
The spirit of speed and luxury
There is hardly a place where Aston Martin’s motorsport heritage is more firmly anchored than at Daytona. The new residences are just a short drive from the storied, high-elevation Speedway, home to both the Daytona 500 and the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. Aston Martin has an impressive history on the circuit, including a one-two in the GTD class at the 2023 Rolex 24, and its Valkyrie hypercar is expected to compete there in 2026 after missing the 25 edition.
“Every journey deserves a destination,” said Moises Agami, CEO of Valor Real Estate Development. “Combined with Aston Martin’s unmatched craftsmanship and ultra-luxurious vision, the Daytona Beach Shores residences will redefine coastal living and set a new benchmark for design and exclusivity.”
A global vision for ultra-luxurious living
The partnership between Aston Martin and Valor Real Estate Development represents a broader expansion into high-end real estate across North America, with additional landmark projects planned for Mexico City and Tampa Bay.
With its blend of design heritage, motorsport heritage and lifestyle appeal, Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores signals a bold step forward for the brand – where the thrill of the ride meets the tranquility of the ocean.
