‘Your presence speaks volumes’: Prabhas praises Sanjay Dutt at RajaSaab’s pre-release event

Rebel star Prabhas made a much-awaited public appearance at the grand pre-release event of ‘The RajaSaab’, considered India’s biggest horror-fantasy film, in Hyderabad last night. Fans flocked to the venue and were happy to see the star back on stage after a long break, creating an electric atmosphere.

Addressing the audience, Prabhas warmly spoke about his journey with the film and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the cast and crew for their dedication and hard work.

Special praise goes to his co-star Sanjay Dutt, whose screen presence is “unmatched and unforgettable”. Praising Dutt’s performance in the film, Prabhas said, “Sanjay sir… your screen presence alone is more than enough. When they do a close-up of you, you completely consume the screen. When I watched his scenes during dubbing, I started forgetting my own scenes.”

The audience erupted in cheers, building anticipation for Dutt’s role, which is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the film.

Fans were amazed not only by the grandeur of the event but also by Prabhas’ interactions with co-actors, technicians and the audience. Photos and videos from the evening went viral on social media, reflecting the huge excitement surrounding the film.

The film was directed and written by Maruthi. The RajaSaab is produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment. Apart from Prabhas and Sanjay Dutt, the film also stars Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar in pivotal roles. The film is considered India’s biggest horror-fantasy entertainer and is scheduled to release across India on January 9, 2026 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
