This event, led by Dr. Mary Claire Haver (Author of The new menopause) offers a smarter way forward with a live, expert-led event offering evidence-based advice from leading doctors and scientists. Throughout the evening, Dr. Haver and a panel of experts explore the real science behind midlife changes—including hormones, metabolism, brain fog, sleep, intimacy, and aging vigorously.
The following experts will also take part in the event on Friday, October 10th:
- Dr. Bad Wright – a dual-educated orthopedic surgeon and internationally recognized authority on active aging and mobility.
- Tamsen remains – Producer of the groundbreaking documentary The M Factor: Tearing the silence during menopause (PBS) and author of the NY Times bestseller How to reach menopause.
- Adrienne Mishler – an Austin-based yoga teacher, actress and entrepreneur. She produces and hosts Yoga With Adriene on YouTube and is co-founder of the yoga video subscription service Find What Feels Good.
- Schuyler Grant – a world-renowned yoga teacher, founder and co-director of the Kula Yoga Project and co-creator of Wanderlust.
