The new 7X midsize electric SUV may be getting more attention at local Zeekr showrooms, but its little brother is getting an update that may keep it from being overlooked.
The 2026 Zeekr is included in the Australian Government certification documents and offers the choice of a 250kW single-motor rear-wheel drive or a 365kW dual-motor all-wheel drive.
Both are up 50kW thanks to the addition of a more powerful engine for the small premium electric SUV.
While torque figures are not listed in these documents, Zeekr’s website for the Chinese market confirms torque figures of 373 Nm for the rear-wheel drive variant and 573 Nm for the all-wheel drive variant, both up by 30 Nm.

We’ve contacted Zeekr Australia to confirm when the updated X will arrive in Australian showrooms.
No other significant changes are apparent in these documents, but we can look to the Chinese market for further clues as to what will happen here.
