Price and specifications for the 2026 Jeep Gladiator: The off-roader gets a new kit, but costs more

The Jeep Gladiator has received a $2,000 price increase, but has made some minor changes and added new features to the 4×4 crew cab pickup.

The 2026 Gladiator Rubicon is only available in the rugged Rubicon trim with a naturally aspirated V6 gasoline engine and is priced at: $84,990 before on-road costs.

For 2026, the Gladiator gets remote start and new quick-release door hinges that allow for quicker and easier door removal.

There’s also tungsten-colored steering wheel stitching (instead of red), which provides a “higher quality, more consistent look to the interior,” while the Gladiator also gets a new zippered screw storage bag to store tools and screws when removing the roof, doors and windshield, replacing the previous plastic trays.

The Gladiator also gets a new Goldilocks exterior paint job, which, as the name suggests, is golden yellow.

The update comes after a facelifted Gladiator was launched for the 2025 model year (MY25), about two years after its release in the US. This resulted in the range being reduced to a single Rubicon variant, which fell in price but gained more standard equipment.

Sales of the Australian Gladiator fell 35.5 percent in 2025, mirroring the double-digit declines of its sister model, the Wrangler.

It remains the only ute available in Australia with a removable roof and doors.
