Chinese brand GAC has announced pricing for its first three models for Australia and confirmed it will offer an unlimited mileage warranty.
GAC Australia officially announced pricing and warranty information for all three at its Australian launch in Sydney, attended by GAC International President Wayne Wey.
With customer order books opening today, November 18, and sales commencing across its 12-dealer network, GAC becomes the latest brand to enter the flooded Australian new car market.

From launch, three new models, including the petrol-powered model, will lead the launch in Australia Emzoom The SUV – a rival to the Kia Seltos and Mazda CX-30 – is expected to be the biggest seller of the launch trio.
It’s also the cheapest of the three $25,590 before on-road costs.
A second SUV, the electric one Aion Vis priced at $42,590 before travelsignificantly less than the best-selling Tesla Model Y ($58,990 before on-roads) and also undercut the likes of the Leapmotor C10 ($45,888).
The third model is the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) M8 Seven-seater $76,590 before travelmore than the Kia Carnival Hybrid, but about the same price as a diesel-powered Volkswagen Multivan.
Until December 31, 2025, all models will receive a $500 fuel (or charging) voucher, while buyers of the Aion V or M8 will receive an additional $1,000 off, as well as a 22kW wall charger.
With a petrol model, a PHEV and a BEV, the brand has been present in three core powertrain areas in Australia from the start.
GAC has announced that petrol models will receive a seven-year, unlimited kilometer warranty, while electric vehicles – initially the Aion V and M8 – will come with an eight-year, unlimited kilometer vehicle warranty and an eight-year, 200,000 km battery warranty.
All GAC Australia models also come with five years of roadside assistance.
There is no news about the top price service yet.
