2026 Nissan Navara price and specifications

The new Nissan Navaraa retuned and slightly revised Mitsubishi Triton, was offered for Australia.

It is scheduled to arrive in Nissan Australia showrooms in March 2026.

Nissan has worked with Premcar, which developed tougher Warrior versions of the previous Navara, to develop, test and tune the new ute’s chassis.

The product range has been significantly reduced compared to the last Navara. Single Cab, King Cab, Cab/Chassis, Manual Transmission and Rear Wheel Drive variants are no longer available.

Instead, there are four trim levels, each of which is offered exclusively as a double cab pickup with all-wheel drive and an automatic transmission. According to Nissan, this combination accounted for over 90 percent of sales of the previous D23 Navara.

While the new Navara switches from a seven-speed automatic gearbox to a six-speed gearbox, its 2.4-litre twin-turbo diesel engine produces 10kW and 20Nm more than the old model’s 2.3-litre twin-turbo four-cylinder.

Starting at $53,348 before on-road costs, the base price is higher than the Triton. The average price increase over the old D23 Navara is $2943, with the Pro-4X flagship $5865 more expensive than before.

The launch of the new Navara coincides with the 40th anniversary of the nameplate in Australia. Since then, over 425,000 Navaras have been delivered Down Under.
