Alfa Romeo has confirmed the ultra-exclusivity Giulia Quadrifoglio Extreme for the Australian market, with just 19 units of the special edition sports sedan going Down Under.
Prices start at $186,990 plus on-road costswhich represents a hefty $30,000 premium over the “standard” Giulia QV, although the Estrema brings a number of improvements for the price.
The extras include, above all, the Akrapovič titanium performance exhaust with carbon tailpipe trim. Not only does it improve the soundtrack of the 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6, but it also increases power and torque to 382kW/606Nm compared to the standard car’s 375kW/600Nm.
In addition, the Estrema receives a full complement of carbon fiber add-ons and additional design enhancements to set it apart from the standard car, as well as a 33 Stradale book as a special customer gift.

Additionally, customers can add a carbon ceramic brake package ($15,950) and Sparco brand leather/Alcantara bucket seats with carbon fiber backrest ($8,350).
The Vulcano Black metallic paint is standard, the special Etna Red and Montreal Green paints are available as a free option. The special paintwork and painted brake calipers are said to bring added value of around $5,000.
This means the Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema, fully equipped, costs over $211,000 excluding on-road costs.
Alfa Romeo says the commemorative edition – named after the Italian word for “extreme” – marks nine years of Quadrifoglio production at the brand’s Cassino factory in Italy.
Highlights carried over from the standard car include a rear mechanical limited-slip differential, an Alfa DNA Pro drive mode selector, adaptive dampers, 50:50 weight distribution and an active aero splitter and carbon fiber driveshaft.
In addition, the on-board technology includes autonomous L2 driving systems, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster in the historic “Cannocchiale” design and adaptive matrix LED headlights.
The 2026 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema is on sale now, with the first vehicles hitting the market in February. As previously mentioned, the local allocation is “strictly limited” to just 19 units.
