The Chiron Pur Sport follows the same outrageous formula that makes every modern Bugatti feel like it defies the laws of physics: Its quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine produces an absurd 1,479 hp and 1,180 lb-ft of torque. Bugatti shortened the gear ratio by 15 percent to allow the engine to rev more, giving the Pur Sport a 0-60 mph time of about 2.3 seconds, reaching 124 mph in just over five seconds, and a top speed limited to 217 mph.
