The LDV delivers 9 mobile homes was updated with a more efficient powertrain, a revised two-seat cabin layout and higher levels of amenities including a standard television, microwave and kitchen sink.
The changes come to the Series II version of the campervan, a factory-built leisure model based on the long-wheelbase (3760mm) high-roof van – a rival to the Ford Transit and Renault Master.
The new two-seater is in showrooms now and is priced from $102,990, while a four-seat version due to go on sale in Australia in the second half of 2026 will cost $2,000 more.
That’s significantly more than the campervan’s previous solo price of $89,990, but there are significant upgrades inside and out to soften the blow.

Externally there is a new front grille, while internally the dashboard has been redesigned with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and a new column-mounted gear selector that replaces the previous traditional gear lever.
The new standard two-seater configuration – which also includes a swivel passenger seat – creates space for a more conventional “north-south” bed arrangement instead of the previous “east-west” arrangement.
It also offers more space if the bed, under which there is storage space, can be converted into a lounge.
Additional space has been created with a more compact 83 liter under-bench “drawer style” fridge/freezer, replacing the previous 96 liter unit, as well as a repositioned shower/toilet cubicle.
All water outlets – including the gray water outlet – are now located on the driver’s side, away from the passenger side “recreation area” with manual awning.
The update also brings with it a more powerful 2.0-litre turbodiesel four-cylinder engine producing 128kW and 420Nm – an increase of 20kW and 45Nm over the previous 108kW/375Nm.
A new eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters replaces the previous six-speed gearbox and is designed to improve efficiency, particularly when driving or towing the campervan’s 2800kg braking capacity.

Measuring 5,940mm long, 2,466mm wide (including mirrors) and 2,925mm high, the campervan rides on 16-inch wheels – including a full-size spare wheel – and has a turning circle of 14.2m.
Standard features include indoor and outdoor showers – supported by separate 100 liter fresh and gray water tanks – as well as a removable 16 liter toilet waste tank.
Inside there is LED lighting, air conditioning, a microwave, an induction hob, a 22-inch smart TV and a kitchen sink as standard.
It also features a sliding door on the passenger side with a power step; USB-A, USB-C and 240V sockets; and a 190W solar panel that charges a 2.56kWh lithium-ion battery via a 2000W inverter.
LDV offers a seven-year/200,000 km vehicle warranty with three years of roadside assistance, as well as a two-year/unlimited mileage warranty for the RV body, furniture and cabinets, and a one-year/unlimited mileage warranty for electrical appliances.
