Google has made life a lot easier for local businesses. From today, Google Business Profiles adds two powerful tools to Google Posts: full scheduling and one-click publishing to multiple locations. Busy owners and agencies can now schedule weeks of content in minutes and instantly push the same update to dozens of stores.
These upgrades come just in time for the holiday rush. Google Local Search Ads Specialist Lisa Landsman shared the news on LinkedIn, saying the features allow businesses to “get events, offers and updates to customers who are actively searching” without the daily hassle.
New Google Business Profiles features you’ll love
- Schedule posts in advance – Select any future date and exact time. Create all your Google posts for a week or a whole month, whenever it suits you, and they will go live automatically.
- Publish to multiple locations simultaneously – Manage 10 stores or 100? Write a post, tick the locations and click publish – any selected profile will be updated immediately.
- Perfect vacation timing – Promote Black Friday deals, holiday hours or New Year events exactly when customers are looking for them, even when you are closed or busy.
Companies are already feeling the difference. Agencies managing chains can no longer manually copy and paste the same post across profiles. Small owners can create batches of weekend promotions and relax on a quiet Tuesday morning.
“Why we care,” says search expert Barry Schwartz, “real businesses run on real schedules. These tools eliminate the ‘I forgot to post’ panic and help you stay visible right when customers are looking.”

The updates now appear in the Google Business Profiles Dashboard worldwide. No additional costs, no complicated setup – just log in and see the new Schedule This Post button and multi-location checkbox.
