Renault Australia has confirmed pricing and specifications for the all-new Scenic E-Tech, coinciding with the opening of orders ahead of first deliveries in December or January.
The 2026 Renault Scenic E-Tech comes in three variants and is relatively inexpensive $55,990 before travelCost. Additionally, MyRenault app-based connected services will be introduced in Australia for the French brand, part of a new generation in-car operating system with Google Built-in.
It’s been 15 years since the Scenic nameplate was last seen in the Australian market, when it was sold as a five or seven-seat people mover. Today’s model is much more of a crossover SUV in terms of form factor.
Depending on the variant, two battery options are available, including an 87 kWh long-range model with a range of 625 km. The cheapest Scenic E-Tech Long Range costs $59,990 plus on-road costs.
The Scenic E-Tech’s main competitors include the larger Tesla Model Y, BYD Sealion 7, Skoda Elroq and Volkswagen ID.4. The smaller Renault Megane E-Tech could also be installed in the car, priced at $54,990.
