The monumental occasion marks the official start of future Jesko deliveries.
Throughout automotive history, countless cars have come and gone, but only a few have stood the test of time and become timeless icons. In rare cases, the impact is felt before a single mile has been traveled, leaving marks long before they even touch the road. This also applies to Koenigsegg and its always promising Jesko series, which carries Christian von Koenigsegg’s torch as the successor to the legendary Agera. Originally announced in 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show and named after Christian’s father, Koenigsegg provided just 125 chassis for production, including both a track-focused Attack and a high-speed Absolute version. Today Koenigsegg Jesko owners from around the world are celebrating as some receive calls that their dream specs have landed from Ängelholm, Sweden. The O’Gara Coach and Koenigsegg Beverly Hills team is excited to join in the celebrations and recently took to Instagram to showcase the first-ever Koenigsegg Jesko Attack delivery to a very special customer.
Designed for the track with weight savings and downforce in mind, the Jesko Attack features additional aero upgrades that give it a distinctive and gritty style compared to its high-speed counterpart, the Jesko Absolut. With a near-limitless color palette to choose from, the owner chose a stunning Imperial Blue Metallic finish that perfectly highlights the Jesko Attack’s low-slung look and the way it channels air to produce over 3,000 pounds of downforce. Natural aluminum centerlock wheels provide traction, while bright orange carbon ceramic wheels provide stopping power, adding a touch of contrast to the already impressive setup.
Inside, Koenigsegg’s sophistication and focus on quality comes to the fore, starting with a cabin tub construction made entirely of carbon fiber to ensure strength, stability and safety while defying the laws of speed. One-piece carbon bucket seats are beautifully covered in Night Sky Blue leather and contrasting Lava Orange diamond stitching, tying the entire design together and making the owner’s dream come true.
The Koenigsegg Jesko Attack has decent power thanks to its 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that produces up to 1,600 horsepower on E85 fuel. Paired with Koenigsegg’s advanced 9-speed Light Speed transmission that changes gears faster than you can blink, the Jesko Attack launches with blistering acceleration and impressive top speed potential. The performance figures are staggering, including a 0-60mph time of under 2.5 seconds, a top speed said to be well over 300mph in the right conditions, and a power-to-weight ratio that puts it at the top of the range.
