A vacuum cleaner maker from China has teased the first image of a new supercar that it will show in metal at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2026 in Las Vegas, USA.
Dream automobileknown for high-performance vacuum cleaners, announced plans last August to build its first vehicle, an electric supercar that it said takes aim at the brand Bugatti Veyronwhich was the fastest car in the world when it was introduced in 2004 and could reach speeds of more than 400 km/h.
The images show the sleek lines of the sleek two-seat Dreame supercar with a low stance, complemented by large alloy wheels with drilled brakes, as well as a large rear wing and chunky rear diffuser.
The company unveiled its first renderings of the as-yet-unnamed supercar in September 2025, which bear a striking resemblance to the shape of the iconic Bugatti Chiron, which replaced the Veyron in 2016.

It remains unknown whether Dreame will launch locally, including competing manufacturers companion And BYD (through his Yangwang Sub-brand, not sold here), both produce supercars that have not yet reached the Australian market.
While the BYD Yangwang U9 uses four electric motors, GWM is developing a V8 hybrid powertrain similar to that used in the recently unveiled Toyota GR GT supercar, aiming for the Ferrari SF90.
Dreame has not yet revealed any details about the powertrain of its supercar CarNewsChina According to reports, it will be a battery-electric system that the company says will produce more than 1000 hp (746 kW), with a claimed 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 1.8 seconds.
In comparison, the four-turbocharged 8.0-litre W16 Veyron delivered up to 882 kW of power and, in its most powerful Grand Sport version, accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds.
The Dreame’s acceleration is also faster than that of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, which produces 1139 kW and achieves 0-100 km/h acceleration in 1.89 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h.

Dyson had planned to produce electric vehicles in Singapore until the company abandoned the plan in October 2019 and unveiled an SUV prototype intended to compete with the Tesla Model Y and featuring solid-state batteries capable of 1000km on a single charge.
