Bugatti celebrates record production in 2025

Bugatti ends 2025 with record highs.

Since collaborating with futuristic performance EV titan Rimac, Bugatti has undergone a transformation in recent years while maintaining the highest levels of luxury, exclusivity and craftsmanship. However, a significant change occurred when the four-turbocharged W16 engine was phased out in favor of the naturally aspirated hybrid-assisted V16 engine that powers the new tourbillon.

As the Tourbillon prepares to hit the market, the final cohort of W16-powered Bugatti cars are introduced, such as the W16 Mistral, the Bolide and even the unique Brouillard, the first creation to emerge from Bugatti’s new Program Solitaire. Notably, last year marked the 20th anniversary of the groundbreaking Bugatti Veyron, and as the era it began comes to an end, in 2025 Bugatti celebrated building the highest number of cars ever built in a single year in the brand’s history.

Events such as the gathering of 47 examples of the Bugatti Veyron at Wynn Las Vegas, the completion of the final Bugatti Bolide and the unveiling of the Bugatti Brouillard at last year’s Monterey Car Week were some of the highlights of Bugatti’s incredibly successful 2025 and the start of a new chapter that continues to see Bugatti remain one of the most revered names in the automotive industry. As Bugatti pushes into 2026, tourbillon customer configurations began in 2025, and the brand looks forward to events such as the 100th anniversary of the Bugatti Royale and the 10th anniversary of Bugatti’s latest legend, the Chiron.
