Bentley Residences is selling its two two-story luxury penthouses in Miami for $75 million

Each penthouse was sold for its original eight-figure price.

Breaking ground on Miami’s ever-evolving skyline, the Bentley Residences Tower is one of those rare developments that feels more like a statement than just another luxury high-rise. The project, intended to showcase the same craftsmanship and attention to detail as Bentley’s GTs, recently reached a milestone as both crown jewel penthouses officially sold for $37.5 million each. The sales represent a high point for the Sunny Isles Beach market and reinforce that buyers are still looking for branded living experiences that go beyond square footage and amenities.

Located on the 61st floor, the two-story penthouses offer some of the most cinematic views in South Florida, stretching from downtown Miami to the Atlantic horizon. Thanks to Bentley’s unique Dezervator elevator system, which takes you and your car directly to your home, coming home feels like pulling into a private paddock rather than a parking garage. Inside, 22-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass open the space to natural light, while interiors designed in collaboration with Bentley Home balance warmth and comfort. Soft neutral tones, natural stone and curved lines are more reminiscent of the lines of a Continental GT than the cold minimalism often found in modern towers.

Each penthouse is more like a private estate in the sky than an apartment. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, a huge sunset terrace and a summer kitchen perfect for evenings al fresco. The garage, which is visible from the living area like an art installation, also marks the connection between the driver and his car. Add to that a service wing, a study and a collection of Gaggenau gear fit for someone who knows their way around both a racetrack and a dinner party, and you can see why these spaces sold so quickly.

Beyond the walls of the penthouse, Bentley Residences itself promises the lifestyle one would expect from the brand, but with a distinct Miami flair. The property will feature a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, spa, cinema and private restaurant, as well as direct beach access and a landscaped pool terrace reminiscent of a 5-star hotel. Completion is scheduled for 2028, but these early penthouse sales show that for a certain type of collector, the line between a car and a home is very thin.
