Italian brands Alfa Romeo And Maserati have launched a new shared “creative center” that covers everything from restoring classic vehicles to developing performance technologies and new “one-off” vehicles.
Synchronized Bottega FuoriserieThe initiative relies on the four pillars of Bottega, Fuoriserie, Corse and La Storia, each serving as individual departments for the preservation, modification, personalization and innovation of all cars from the Alfa and Maserati stable.
Bottega is dedicated to developing extremely limited edition models designed to showcase the engineering and design expertise of the two brands, heavily influenced by previous bespoke vehicles such as the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale and the Maserati MCXtrema.

Fuoriserie, meanwhile, will be responsible for customizing owners’ vehicles. This provides customers with an exclusive design team and all cars (including production models) from both brands are eligible for this service.
Better yet, this service will be available at every dealer worldwide and all customizations will remain true to the design characteristics of the original vehicles.
Then comes Corse, which is responsible for advancing performance engineering by applying insights from motorsports to road vehicles. This includes everything from mechanical developments to aerodynamic optimizations.
Finally, the focus is on preserving the history of Alfa and Maserati through the “La Storia” program. There are several ways to carry out this historic work, namely through the restoration and certification of classic vehicles and further improving them through “modern interpretations” and technology.
Then comes a series of museums and exhibitions, the so-called Experience Centers. Key locations include the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, said to be “a place where the past, present and future come together to inspire new ideas,” and the Umberto Panini Maserati Collection in Modena as a tribute to the brand’s heritage.
BottegaFuoriserie will also “protect and celebrate the heritage of both brands” through programs that include the restoration and certification of classic models as part of the Officine Classiche service.
The new initiative will be led by General Manager Cristiano Fiorio, who brings years of experience working with Alfa Maserati owner Stellantis and its predecessor FCA. He most recently worked as Alfa Romeo’s Formula 1 manager from 2021 to early 2025.
“This is where the past, present and future meet – we celebrate our heritage while daring to imagine what comes next,” said Fiorio.
“With a team of passionate, talented people, we will create vehicles that are not only technically exceptional, but also emotionally unforgettable.
“Our mission is clear: to honor the legacy of Alfa Romeo and Maserati and write the next chapter of their history with courage, beauty and authenticity.”
